Channel Sales Engineer(Pakistan)

1. Generate and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets.
2. Develop new partners in responsible regions or countries and monitor their sales, stock, and performance.
3. Drive sales and manage daily account activities with Key Channel Partners.
4. Review and forecast data related to Orders, Inventory, Sell-in, and Sell-out to identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges.
5. Execute and manage Commercial Strategies, including MSRP, distribution criteria, partner set evolution, and channel compensation schemes.
6. Manage sales channels covering both online and offline partners.
7. Organize product training and examinations for partners, dealers, and shop promoters according to the product launch schedule.
8. Conduct market research, analyze competitive products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, and develop relevant countermeasures monthly.
Required Skills
1. At least three years of channel sales experience in the fire industry.
2. Proficient in business English with the ability to conduct negotiations and communication fluently.
3. Capable of independently carrying out business development with strong market development and sales skills.
4. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and service awareness.
5. Ability to travel for business trips.
