Application Governance and Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the governance and lifecycle management of demo applications. This senior IC role is critical in supporting technical teams in leveraging these apps to build and maintain new connectors, solutions, and demos.

Responsibilities:
  • Application Administration:
    • Administer demo applications by adding users, configuring permissions, and assigning licenses.
    • Perform complex configurations to ensure applications work properly and align with organizational intentions.
  • User Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for user requirements and support related to demo instances.
    • Provide timely and effective support to users, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Setup and Configuration:
    • Perform the initial setup and configuration of demo instances, ensuring they meet user requirements.
  • Budget and Procurement Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets for demo instances, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Renewals Management:
    • Track and manage the renewal process for all demo application licenses and subscriptions.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent educational experience, ideally in a technical or engineering field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application management, IT governance, administering applications, and performing complex configurations.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and procurement processes.
  • Experience in a customer support or user-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Certification, formal training, or deep familiarity with platform administration, integration development, and platform architecture is advantageous.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of application management and governance.
