**Job Overview**

AlphaBOLD seeks a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new opportunities, and expand our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Opportunity Identification
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, markets, potential clients, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, emails, referrals, and other outreach methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure follow-up in a timely manner.
Sales and Relationship Management
  • Develop and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with new clients.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Strategic Partnerships and Networking
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses, vendors, or other key stakeholders.
  • Represent AlphaBOLD at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define business goals and growth strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a related industry.
Work Environment
  • This role may involve travel to client meetings, industry events, or conferences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs.
