Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Secure Smart Contract Expert to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding decentralized applications and protocols by rigorously inspecting and testing smart contracts primarily in Solidity and Rust.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting realistic adversary simulations from conception through reporting, performing testing on systems, applications, networks, and processes, researching cutting-edge offensive security techniques, developing tools and exploits, and communicating clearly and effectively regarding risks and required remediations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Smart Contract Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of smart contracts to identify vulnerabilities and ensure their security.
  • Testing and Research: Perform testing on systems, applications, networks, and processes to identify potential weaknesses and develop effective solutions.
  • Tool Development: Develop tools and exploits to help identify and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate risks and required remediations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong grounding in writing and analyzing Solidity and Rust programs.
  • Audit Experience: Demonstrated background in conducting security audits for smart contracts.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of blockchain and smart contract implementations.
  • Security Mindset: Knowledge of blockchain security norms, defensive coding, and exploit development.
  • Testing Expertise: Comfortable employing automated testing methodologies to validate contract functionality and resilience.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Offensive Security: Experience in penetration testing (web, mobile, dApps).
  • WASM/BPF Experience: Familiarity with WebAssembly and Binary Format Protocol is a plus.
  • Certifications: CEH, OSCP, or equivalent security credentials.
