We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through email or phone regarding products and orders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  2. Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries\
  3. Managing product listings on various online sales channels\
  4. Taking professional product photos, editing, and uploading them onto these platforms\
  5. Ensuring accurate stock levels and managing inventory\
  6. Conducting regular price checks to maintain competitive pricing\
  7. Researching competitor activity and responding appropriately\
  8. Maintaining each marketplace up-to-date with the latest products and promotions\
  9. Managing logistics of inbound stock from suppliers\
  10. Evaluating and amending detailed product descriptions as necessary\
  11. Replying to customer queries in a timely manner\
  12. Maintaining effective communication with customers via email or phone\
  13. Assisting in maintaining a positive brand image\
  14. Supporting business growth by contributing to market research and analysis\\/ol>

To succeed in this role, you will need:
