**Business Development Manager Role Overview:**
We seek a results-driven professional to identify new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic thinking and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
About the Position:
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights. Generate leads and actively pursue new clients through networking, cold calling, and prospecting. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Prepare persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and refine business strategies to optimize results. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales techniques and closing deals.

**Requirements:**
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or Software Development services. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Understanding of software development, IT services, and digital transformation trends is necessary. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
- Experience in US, European, or Middle Eastern markets is an asset.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making.
