About this Role:

The company is seeking an experienced leader to manage a portfolio of large CRM and ERP implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects, ensuring quality and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, with experience in large business application implementations preferably Dynamics 365. They should also have exposure to multi-country and full life-cycle complex CRM and/or ERP implementation projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of key markets
  • Own end-to-end business on delivery portfolio management and project execution
  • Drive customer satisfaction and services revenue through delivery excellence
  • Manage a fiscally responsible practice
  • Build a high-performing and sustainable delivery practice focused on customer success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years IT industry experience with a minimum 10+ years of experience in services delivery organization
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft and SAP systems and tools
  • Experience with consulting start-up and leading a regional practice or business function as an Architect
