We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Custom Packs. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Accountabilities:
  • To contact potential clients via various channels to propose our custom packs.
  • To foster strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To develop and execute effective lead generation strategies, including networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • To manage a pipeline of potential clients and facilitate negotiation to secure deals.
  • To stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, with a strong background in marketing and sales.
  • Prior experience in the packaging industry, field sales, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
