Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Exceptional Customer Satisfaction by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide Timely and Professional Support via Phone Calls, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Resolve Customer Concerns and address any operational or procedural issues.
  • Serve as a Primary Point of Contact for Customer Support and Complaints, providing clear guidance and support to customers.
  • Proactively Identify, Investigate, and Resolve Recurring Customer Support Issues to Prevent Escalation and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain Accurate and Comprehensive Documentation of Customer Interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and updated accordingly.
  • Ensure Appropriate Files Are Maintained for Each Customer Interaction, including detailed notes and follow-up actions.
  • Actively Seek and Utilize Customer Feedback and Suggestions to Enhance Support Processes and Improve Overall Performance.
  • Review Regularly Customer Satisfaction Reports to Ensure Optimal Support Experience and Make Data-Driven Decisions.
  • Contribute to the Development of Future-Proof Customer Support Strategies, aligning with business goals and objectives.
