Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at UA Outsourcing, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of customer service best practices.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chats.

The ideal candidate will also possess the following qualities:

  • Ability to commute
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • Ability to learn & grow
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

In return for your expertise, we offer market competitive pay plus transport, as well as an increment in incentives upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Please note that this role involves working night shifts – 20:00hrs to 04:00hrs, with weekends off.
