Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead our agile software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, fostering collaboration, and driving results in fast-paced environments.

The selected individual will be responsible for planning and executing project scope, budget, and timeline while aligning with agile principles. They will also mentor the team on agile practices, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan and execute project scope, budget, and timeline in alignment with agile principles.
  • Track project progress, address risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Mentor the team on agile and scrum practices, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Foster smooth communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and product owners.
  • Implement agile processes efficiently, balancing flexibility with structure.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint plans.
  • Generate and present reports to stakeholders on project status and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean thinking.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, guiding teams through conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile metrics and experience using them to track team performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with team members, stakeholders, and management.
