Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Solutions: Create customer-centric solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through the change management process during telematics solution implementation.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or a similar field, focusing on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients during technology implementation.
