Job Title

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth in the North American market. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visibility with target accounts and engage prospects at various levels. Your expertise in network infrastructure sales and complex selling environments will be crucial in driving business growth.

This role requires strong skills in pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and opportunity management. You must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of successful solution sales experience, with at least 2+ years selling network test, security, and visibility products or application and network performance solutions.
  • A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • A strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or challenger sales techniques.
  • Be assertive, a self-starter with a proven ability to build executive relationships, articulate business value, create demand, and close deals.
