Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Career Accelerator. This individual will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success by managing order processing, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams, addressing customer needs, managing inventory, and supporting project management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and quotes accurately and timely, meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitor open orders, and communicate effectively with customers and sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, communicate order status, and coordinate interactions.
  • Address customer operational and reporting needs, understand the service catalog, and be the primary contact for customer issues.
  • Manage off-catalog requests, maintain custom catalogs, process project worksheets, and support inventory and contract activities.
  • Participate in account planning, pipeline growth, uncover future needs, and coordinate with Project Management Office (PMO) or Operations for new rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise sales.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
