Your key responsibilities include leading implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This involves analysing client payroll requirements and designing scalable solutions. You will also configure payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems.

  • Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing. Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point) is also essential.

Requirements

Required:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point).
