Cricket Leader

The role entails overseeing and organizing cricket tours and matches for the national team. A governing body in Pakistan, we are responsible for representing the country's men's and women's teams in international cricket tournaments.

As a leader, you will collaborate with coaches and academy heads to ensure a steady supply of talented players for the national team.

We aim to promote and develop cricket in Pakistan, maintaining overall control of the sport.

  • Minimum Level III Cricket Coaching Accreditation or international equivalent is required.
  • At least 15 years of administrative/coaching experience is necessary.
  • Test/international cricketers are preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role managing an elite high-performance sport program is needed.
  • Experience in developing strategic frameworks supporting world-class athlete development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement projects for High-Performance Centers/Academies workforce and player pathways.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget for game development and High-Performance Centers/Academies.
  • Oversee expenditures and budget for High Performance Centers.
  • Supervise coaching quality and training camps at the High-Performance Centers/Academies for various national teams.
  • Arrange lectures by cricketing stars on topics of interest to the National team and upcoming cricketers.
  • Maintain and upgrade libraries and cricket archives.
  • Promote the induction and development of qualified coaches, physios, doctors, and trainers.

  • Ability to develop team and individual skills enhancement strategies is essential.
  • Effective leadership and management capabilities are required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
