Job Description

We are seeking an HR Trainee who will play a proactive role in HR functions and deliver exceptional support. The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of human resource practices, strong communication skills, and be able to manage employees' issues professionally and sensitively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing employee inquiries through email, chat, and face-to-face, and provide HR resources on all communication platforms.
  • Respond to employee queries efficiently to support effective communication, empathy, and professionalism in the working environment.
  • Ensure detailed and categorized employee records, inquiries, and solutions are maintained in HRM systems for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Monitor the progress of HR tasks and engage with various departments as needed.
  • Help in drafting HR documents such as policies, onboarding kits, and standard templates to facilitate internal HR procedures.
  • Collect employee feedback and make recommendations to enhance HR practices, employee satisfaction, and culture at the workplace.
  • Stay updated with policy changes and inform all employees about the latest company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in HR support, recruitment, or employee relations, preferably in the software industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to maintain a professional tone.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns empathetically and professionally.
  • Basic proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office Suite for HR documentation and tracking.
  • Familiarity with simple HR tools or experience dealing with HR documentation and compliance is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and remain precise in a dynamic HR setup.
  • Strength in organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, and a proactive approach in dealing with HR-related issues.
  • Eager to grow within the Human Resources field and build a long-term career in HR.
