We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for launching and managing high-volume campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Key responsibilities include developing effective account structures, targeting strategies, bid settings, and ad placements. You will also monitor performance daily and optimize based on key KPIs such as CPL, CVR, and ROAS.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels and ad campaign optimization. Experience working with performance-based KPIs such as ROAS and CPL is essential. Proficiency in ad tech tools and analytics platforms is also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) and possess excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this position.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing funnels and ad campaign optimization.
  • Experience working with performance-based KPIs such as ROAS and CPL.
  • Proficiency in ad tech tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite during night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Familiarity with automation tools like RevealBot, Zapier, or HighLevel.
  • Previous experience in performance marketing or agency environments.
  • Understanding of international targeting and multilingual campaigns is a plus.
