AI/ML Team Lead Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Team Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models.

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment.
  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications, leveraging industry-leading frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Research and implement emerging AI/ML techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and efficiency through continuous improvements and optimizations.
  • Oversee MLOps workflows, model versioning, and automation of AI pipelines, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI/ML models and deployment, applying analytical skills and expertise to drive resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development, with experience in leading projects or teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Essential Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
    • Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
    • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
    • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
    • Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and automation.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
