Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage our target audience and drive results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns in alignment with company objectives and target audience segments.
  • Creating engaging email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
  • Designing and implementing email templates that are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  • Managing email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  • Utilizing industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
