Job Description:

The successful Brand and Communications Manager will be responsible for overseeing the school's marketing and communication ecosystem. This involves driving brand messaging across various online and offline channels, working with agencies to create new campaigns and strategies that drive admissions, and ensuring the school's unique selling proposition is prominently featured in all communication touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include managing the school website, creating and posting content on social media to drive engagement, managing press releases and building media relations, generating and managing online reviews, writing regular blogs and articles to boost SEO rankings, handling internal communications, and creating new marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and emailers.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in communication, branding, and marketing, with strong content writing skills and experience managing social media independently. They should also have a good understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement tools, as well as experience writing press releases and managing PR distribution and media relations.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining consistency in branding and visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring that the school space is interactive and engaging for visitors and parents alike. The successful candidate will also be responsible for strategizing and executing new ideas, events, and initiatives to engage with prospective parents through offline channels.
