Country Leader - Industrial Automation

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of channel sales aspects in Industrial Automation, specifically with PLCs and Drives, as well as experience in Channels Management (Distributors, System Integrators, and OEMs).

This role involves leveraging relationships with partners and key end-users to represent Schneider Electric's Industry Business Portfolio at the C-level of customers' organizations and driving business growth in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate business and sales leadership to drive the industrial automation business unit forward.
  • Develop and grow channel partner business for Automation, Drives, and SCADA systems.
  • Forecast and manage top and bottom lines assigned to the business unit.
  • Closely monitor opportunity portfolios and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Create programs and initiatives to lead country channel partners into key markets.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Science in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering).
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial automation experience.
  • Schneider Electric Automation prior product knowledge is an asset.
  • Field experience and process control experience are desirable.
  • Ability to manage channel partners and customer demand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively meet deadlines.
