Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship initiatives, data entry, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

About the Role:
As Assistant CRM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the CRM system to ensure efficient data management and customer interactions. You will also lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance & support to achieve performance targets. Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data.

Marketing Support and Performance Management:
You will support marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and data analysis. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.

Project Management:
  • Manage projects and ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.


Publicity and Branding:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate publicity efforts, including all relevant events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Experience in marketing coordination and project management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Understanding of CRM principles and practices & proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with the motorbike spare parts market is an advantage.
