Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant ACRM at SAZ Enterprises located in Karachi Division. The Assistant ACRM will be responsible for assisting in the management of customer relationship initiatives, data entry, and providing support to the ACRM team.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Data Entry proficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the motorcycle industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:
CRM System & Team Management:
- Oversee the CRM system to ensure efficient data management and customer interactions.
- Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance & support to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
Marketing (Support & Performance Management):
- Support marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and data analysis.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
Project Management:
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Publicity & Branding:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
- Coordinate publicity efforts, including all relevant events and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or spare parts industry.
- Experience in marketing coordination and project management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of CRM principles and practices & proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with the motorbike spare parts market is an advantage.
