Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading country engineers, operations, and customer service teams to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Evaluating and leading strategic and tactical business opportunities to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Developing and implementing offline marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Overseeing Customer Research, Customer Experience, and Borrower Fulfillment to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading medium-to-large teams with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years of top-level business development and partnerships experience in mobile network operators, mobile money operators, and financial services sectors.
  • Extensive experience in consumer financial services, preferably mobile products.
  • Familiarity with international teams and work environments.
  • A deep network of contacts amongst mobile money operators, mobile network operators, banks, eCommerce companies, and other Internet and financial service providers.
  • Ability to oversee technical, marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to build exceptional teams.
