We are seeking a seasoned Growth Oriented Commercial Leader to spearhead our expansion into new markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market growth in healthcare and adjacent sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Execution: Define and execute a comprehensive business development roadmap for healthcare and adjacent sectors, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • New Business Growth: Source, qualify, and close enterprise software deals in healthcare and secondary industries, leveraging AI-powered tools and playbooks to drive results.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of SDRs and Marketing Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge integrations and co-sell deals with industry-specific platforms, cultivating relationships with key partners, investors, and thought leaders across verticals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development at tech-driven healthcare, fintech, or SaaS firms, with a strong focus on US and middle east market.
  • Cross-industry acumen, with the ability to rapidly learn new verticals and translate AI capabilities to each.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience positioning complex software solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to recruit, coach, and scale a commercial team in a startup environment.
  • Executive presence, with excellent negotiation and relationship skills, able to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
