Job Overview

This is a career opportunity for an experienced professional in cloud infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing hybrid cloud systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure services.
  • Design and deploy secure and high-performing networks, including VMs, networking, storage, and security.
  • Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Configure and manage web server platforms: IIS, Apache, and NGINX.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and domain trusts in a hybrid identity environment.
  • Administer SQL Server instances and assist with performance tuning, backups, and patching.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to website hosting, load balancers, and high-availability deployments.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation, monitoring, and provisioning tasks.
  • Participate in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code where applicable.
  • Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to ensure high availability and security.
  • Assist in audits, documentation, and compliance-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS services.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, domain registration, and Cloudflare CDN and security services.
  • Proven experience administering both Windows Server and Linux systems in production environments.
  • Expertise in managing web servers (IIS, Apache, NGINX) in load-balanced and secure configurations.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity solutions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and operational tasks.
  • Solid understanding of website hosting infrastructure, load balancers, and high-availability architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies.
