Job Title: Data Governance ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to lead our organization's data management strategy. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive data governance framework that aligns with our business objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for effective data sharing and information governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management and security practices with business objectives.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on enterprise architecture and governance within Microsoft 365.
  • Configure and implement M365-based solutions tailored to business needs while ensuring compliance with internal IT standards.
  • Support departmental planning, budgeting, project management, and change initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field (College diploma with equivalent experience may be considered).
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT knowledge management or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on privacy and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Forms, Flow, Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics).
  • Microsoft certification(s) preferred.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based IT environment.
  • Familiarity with modern security frameworks, data protection practices, and compliance standards.
