About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to drive business expansion through strategic marketing initiatives. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that improve key business metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth through innovative marketing approaches, with expertise in A/B testing tools, SQL skills, product experience, and tech-savviness.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement features that enhance key business metrics such as retention, virality, and conversion.
  2. Assist in Pre-Launch, Launch, and Post-Launch Phases: Ensure software products meet high standards as best-in-class services.
  3. Analyze Data to Inform Strategic Decisions: Use data insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Enhance System Efficiency and Productivity: Work on initiatives to improve metrics, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure.
