- Filing contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
- Internal Communication:
- Coordinate communication between departments.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on task execution.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with daily administrative work, such as travel arrangements and expense reimbursement.
- Manage the calendar to ensure smooth operations.
