Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Validation: Conduct thorough inspections of supplier products, verifying conformity to OEM requirements and ensuring compliance with AS9102 standards.
  • Procurement Oversight: Coordinate procurement activities, including verification of supplier certifications, traceability documentation, and quality management system implementation.
  • Audit and Compliance: Lead audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to EASA Part 145, ISO 9001, and AS9100/9110 standards, and maintain records of audit results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration between engineering and quality teams to validate supplier manufacturing processes and technical data.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics, dashboards, and risk assessments to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aviation quality assurance principles and regulations, including EASA Part 145 and FAA Part 145. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent is required, along with at least 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years' experience in aviation quality assurance, preferably in a MRO environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA Part 145, DGCA CAR 145 regulations; Hands-on experience with AS9102 FAI, AS9100/9110 QMS, and OEM requirements.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills; High integrity and compliance-driven mindset.
