Dynamics 365 Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of Dynamics 365 applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects. This includes developing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough quality assurance of Dynamics 365 applications to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- IDentify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the system can handle expected user loads and transactions.
- Cordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including preparing test environments, assisting users, and capturing feedback.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additionally, experience with Dynamics 365 and automation testing tools is highly desirable.
