Business Intelligence Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Business Intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and retention, improving ROI across digital and CRM channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to inform data-driven growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to identify scalable user growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across channels to improve key KPIs such as CAC, CTR, conversion, and LTV.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, user cohorts, and lifecycle progression.
  • Drive deep-dive analyses to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend actionable insights.
  • Promote collaboration with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure high-quality, consistent data pipelines and definitions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
  • Strong background in growth hacking, performance marketing, or digital marketing analytics.
  • Proven experience in optimizing user funnels, campaign analysis, and running growth experiments.
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excel skills for analysis and validation; Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention curves, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks.
