Job Title:

Strategic Insights Analyst – MENAP

As a key member of the Strategy & Insights team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-backed strategic insights. You will analyze market, category, customer, and shopper data across MENAP markets to contribute to strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop consumer and shopper insights using available data sources
  • Synthesize and harmonize data sources via BI tools to unlock holistic insights generation
  • Conduct foundational analyses and reports that track category performance, shopper behavior, and in-store execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data and analytics
  • Business graduate with proficiency in tech tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Good communication skills and the ability to simplify data into actionable insights
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across multiple teams
