We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the development of alumni education programs.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of education systems and be able to design, implement, and enhance programs that foster alumni growth and success. They will also have expertise in project management, analysis, and information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Alumni Programs: Create and execute comprehensive strategies for alumni programs, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead Program Design and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of alumni education programs, ensuring they are innovative, relevant, and effective.
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of program managers and coordinators to achieve program excellence.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop cutting-edge curriculum for alumni programs, addressing areas such as intermediate education, university test preparation, and school interventions.
  • Program Management: Ensure efficient management and execution of all alumni programs, with a focus on quality standards and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, partner organizations, and educational institutions.
  • Metrics and Assessment: Develop and implement metrics and assessment criteria to measure the success and impact of alumni across various programs.
  • Industry Trends and Research: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, conducting research to inform the continuous improvement and innovation of alumni programs.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, institutions, and organizations to expand program offerings and provide diverse opportunities for alumni success.
