Alumni Education Programs Manager

We are seeking a strategic and innovative professional to lead our alumni education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for alumni programs, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Design and implement cutting-edge curriculum for alumni programs, addressing areas such as intermediate education, university test preparation, and school interventions.
  3. Lead a team of program managers and coordinators, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve program excellence.
  4. Oversee the development of innovative solutions to foster alumni growth and success.
  5. Ensure the efficient management and execution of all alumni programs, maintaining high quality standards.
  6. Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create opportunities for alumni success.
  7. Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of alumni programs across various initiatives.
  8. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, conducting research to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Conceptualize and execute pilot programs to test new ideas and approaches, measuring outcomes to inform program scaling and improvements.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and institutions to expand program offerings and provide diverse opportunities for alumni success.
