Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager – Alumni Education Programs to assist alumni Pathways leadership to drive the implementation of systems & interventions that support our business processes, teams, programs, and alumni community for our mission to provide quality intermediate education & support as well as university test preparation channels & platforms. This role requires a pro-active strategist & implementer who can envision, design, and implement innovative solutions, and is proficient with analysis, program design, information systems, and project management.
- Program Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for alumni programs and education interventions, aligning them with the organization's mission and goals while focusing on alumni success across all programs.
- Program Design and Enhancement: Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of alumni education programs, ensuring they are innovative, relevant, and effective in fostering alumni growth and success.
- Team Leadership: Inspire a team of program managers and coordinators, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve program excellence.
- Curriculum Development: Oversee the development of cutting-edge curriculum for alumni programs, addressing areas such as intermediate education, university test preparation, and school interventions.
- Program Management: Ensure the efficient management and execution of all alumni programs, with a keen eye on budget allocation, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, partner organizations, and educational institutions, to create opportunities for alumni success.
- Alumni Success Metrics: Develop and implement metrics and assessment criteria to measure the success and impact of alumni across various programs, including intermediate education, university test prep, and school interventions.
- Research and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, conducting research to inform the continuous improvement and innovation of alumni programs.
- Pilot Programs: Conceptualize and execute pilot programs to test new ideas and approaches, measuring outcomes and impact to inform program scaling and improvements.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, institutions, and organizations to expand program offerings and provide diverse opportunities for alumni success.
- Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated optimally to achieve program objectives.
- Impact Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on alumni program impact and success, communicating achievements to key stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Assist in developing the 2030 mission by aligning annual objectives and mapping projections.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to conceptualize, document, design, and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with developing interventions and utilizing communication channels, such as forms and media channels, to enhance engagement and streamline communication.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to interact with internal and external departments as well as partners.
- Proven expertise in designing and leading programs with a track record of achieving measurable impact.
- Strong curriculum development experience, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of alumni.
- Proficiency in program management, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities.
- Budget management skills, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve program objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating program objectives and outcomes clearly.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Experience
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in education, program implementation or a related field
