This Receptionist and Administrative Assistant position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can maintain a smooth workflow and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Description- Welcoming visitors and providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Handling phone calls and directing them to the correct staff members in a timely manner.
- Maintaining the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and well-presented at all times.
- Receiving and sorting mail, deliveries, and courier shipments.
- Ensuring office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.
- Providing accurate and timely information to visitors and callers.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Responding to inquiries and providing information about the organization's services and policies.
- Managing and updating office databases and contact lists.
Requirements
- A minimum of an Intermediate or higher level of education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role.
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease.
