Training and Education Specialist

As a Training and Education Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality applications and operations training within Nuclear Medicine (NMI), Mammography, and US products. You will be responsible for maintaining competitive and clinical knowledge to provide exceptional customer education, including turnover training, upgrades, and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer interaction skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations. You will also stay updated with current products from leading manufacturers and competitors, as well as clinical trends, to inform customers effectively.

  • Maintain competitive and clinical knowledge to deliver high-quality Applications and Operations Training within Nuclear Medicine (NMI), Mammography, and US products.
  • Provide on-site customer education including Turnover training, upgrades, and follow-ups.
  • Offer professional application support to resolve customer tickets, escalations, and complaints.
  • Stay updated with current products from Siemens and competitors, as well as clinical trends, to inform customers.
  • Develop clinical case studies and images to support sales projects.
Requirements
  • University degree in science, medicine, or biomedical engineering, or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
  • Recent minimum 3 years of experience working with Nuclear Medicine (NMI), Mammography, and US (Instructor and Operator).
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility regarding travel throughout Pakistan and abroad.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
