Normeca International is operating an innovative healthcare project in Pakistan, the "Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital," in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The project involves state-of-the-art mobile clinics housed in large, fully-equipped trailers, delivering essential healthcare services directly to communities in rural areas. Each mobile clinic supports a range of general diagnostic services and minor surgical procedures. The units include kitchens, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms to ensure complete functionality and comfort for medical teams and patients.

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Officer to oversee and follow up on the MMUs' services and operations in the field. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the MMUs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the MMUs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of MMU operations, patient care, and staff performance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement in MMU services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for the MMUs.
  • Provide training and education to MMU staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints in the field.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and findings related to the MMUs.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Officer or in a similar quality assurance role in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
