Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter, located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The Recruiter will also develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with potential candidates, maintain recruitment databases, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a successful recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in USA recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and healthcare-related positions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
