Facilities Maintenance Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that assigned areas are kept neat, sanitary, and organized to create a safe and comfortable environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated spaces.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow established health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with laundry services if required.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
  • The ability to work independently and efficiently is essential.
  • A good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning tasks are necessary.
  • An attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is crucial.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage.
  • A willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

This role requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
