Lead Delivery Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to learn and implement our methodology as a member of our regional team in Pakistan.

You will work closely with senior government officials to support better delivery of public services for the good of citizens and residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, trajectories, and action plans
  • Monitor implementation and establish accountability mechanisms
  • Support problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement within projects
  • Data collection, analysis, and visualization to inform decision-making
  • Capacity building with government leaders on delivery tools

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in top consulting firms, governments, and/or international organizations
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles in public sector contexts
  • Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results
