E-Commerce Support Professional

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional with strong online experience to support our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tasks with account managers and team members
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and process purchase orders efficiently
  • Analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, applying advanced skills such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
  • Manage email inboxes, prioritize tasks, and schedule appointments effectively
  • Engage with customers through forums, comments, and direct messages, fostering positive relationships
  • Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data for informed decision-making
  • Assist with operational tasks requiring technical skills, ensuring seamless execution

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of remote work experience, demonstrating adaptability and reliability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), with experience in similar software preferred
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities, enabling effective collaboration and prioritization

Technical Requirements:

  • A laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or equivalent, ensuring smooth operation
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed, guaranteeing uninterrupted workflow
