Digital Commerce Operations Expert

Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end dropshipping and 3PL operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.
- Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Working closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
