Human Resources Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
    • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Negotiate job offers and extend employment contracts to selected candidates.

Qualifications:

  • +2 years Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with Western culture
  • Comfortable making calls to candidates and engaging in phone conversations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers

Working Conditions:

  • This is an office-based position
  • You should be able to work from our office location
  • Standard working hours apply (10 AM to 7 PM)
