Human Resources Manager for E-Commerce Team

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the growth and structure of our e-commerce team. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design and manage onboarding processes that integrate new hires quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge systems.
  • Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across a remote, international team.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, fostering a strong team culture.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in hiring, human resources (HR), or people operations.
  • Experience in direct response e-commerce or fast-paced online businesses is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage remote, international teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, preferably using Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A proactive, structured approach — bringing clarity and organization to fast-moving environments.
