Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Islamabad. The HR Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and recruitment management. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations. The HR Specialist will work closely with the HR team to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Expertise in Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus
