Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth across the country.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and insights for sales decision-making.
- MBA (Marketing) / Pharm-D / BS/MS in Nutrition Sciences.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales management experience in nutraceutical/pharmaceutical industries.
