Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, maintaining digital records of employees, and assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records of employee information, including personnel files, performance reviews, and benefits.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Perform reference checks and verify candidate qualifications to ensure a high-quality hiring process.
  • Issue employment contracts and onboarding documents to new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, and maintain agendas to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce turnover rates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
